By using this website or the member portal you agree to these terms. Membership, savings and loans are also governed by the SACCO by-laws, policies and the specific terms of each product.

1. Information on this website

Product descriptions, rates and calculator results are provided for general information and may change. Calculator figures are estimates; your actual loan offer depends on an assessment of your application. Articles in our Insights section are educational and are not personal financial advice.

2. Your portal account

Keep your password, verification codes and recovery codes secret. KISE SACCO will never ask for them.
You are responsible for activity carried out using your credentials. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Sign out after use, especially on shared devices. Sessions end automatically after a period of inactivity.
We may suspend access to protect you or the SACCO, for example after repeated failed sign-ins or suspected fraud.

3. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account or system, interfere with the security or operation of the service, upload malicious content, or use the service for unlawful purposes. Security testing is only permitted with prior written authorisation from the SACCO.

4. Payments

M-Pesa and other payments are processed by third-party providers under their own terms. Always pay to the SACCO’s official paybill and use your member number as the account number. Confirm transactions in your statement.

5. Availability

We work to keep the portal available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where possible.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the SACCO is not liable for loss arising from misuse of your credentials that results from your failure to keep them secure, or from events beyond its reasonable control.
